TERABA Policy

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 03 August 2026

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the TERABA website, member portal, membership application system, CRM services, communications and digital records. By creating an account or using the platform, a user agrees to use it only for lawful Association purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and should not be shared.

3. Membership Applications and Records

Submission of an online application does not by itself constitute approval of membership. Applications may be reviewed, verified, approved, rejected or returned for correction by authorised TERABA office bearers or administrators. Membership numbers, application numbers and approval records are system-generated or recorded as part of the Association's official workflow.

4. Documents and KYC

Users may be required to provide documents such as photograph, signature, Aadhaar, PAN, Builder Buyer Agreement and other supporting records. Uploaded documents must be genuine, legible and submitted by a person authorised to provide them. KYC documents are retained with the membership record and are available only through authorised workflows.

5. Communications and Notifications

TERABA may communicate through the portal, email, WhatsApp, SMS or other approved channels. Portal notifications form part of the member communication record. Delivery through third-party channels may depend on external service providers.

6. Prohibited Use

Users must not attempt to access another member's information, bypass role-based controls, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, manipulate records, interfere with audit logs or use the platform for unlawful, abusive or misleading activity.

7. Availability and Changes

TERABA may update, suspend or modify features for maintenance, security, governance or compliance reasons. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve membership and transaction records during upgrades.

8. Governance

Where these website terms conflict with a duly adopted TERABA constitution, rules, resolutions or applicable law, the governing constitutional document, lawful resolution or applicable law will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

9. Contact and Grievance

Questions regarding the platform, account access or policy interpretation may be raised through the member CRM request facility or through an authorised TERABA office bearer.
