TERABA may collect account information, contact details, apartment details, membership information, uploaded photograph and signature, KYC documents, Builder Buyer Agreement records, possession/registry documents, communications, support requests and activity/audit information required for Association administration.
Information is used for membership administration, identity and allottee verification, governance, statutory or regulatory records where applicable, elections, member communications, authorised legal proceedings, financial administration, security, audit and internal Association operations.
Aadhaar, PAN, BBA and similar records are treated as restricted membership documents. They are not intended for public display. Access is limited to the member concerned and authorised Admin/Super Admin users according to role and permission controls.
Membership and KYC records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for Association governance, legal, audit or statutory purposes. A member cannot directly delete protected KYC records after submission; deletion follows an authorised administrative workflow.
Personal information is not intended to be sold or commercially traded. Information may be shared with authorised office bearers, professional advisers, statutory authorities, courts, service providers or other recipients where necessary for a lawful Association purpose and subject to appropriate controls.
The platform uses authenticated access, role-based permissions, private document storage and audit logging. No online system can guarantee absolute security; users should protect their credentials and notify TERABA promptly of suspected misuse.
Members may update general profile information through the portal. Corrections to submitted membership applications may require an edit request and administrative enablement so that the record remains auditable.
The website may use session cookies and technical logs necessary for login, security, performance and fraud prevention. These are used to operate the service rather than for unrelated advertising.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in TERABA operations, technology or applicable requirements. The current version published on the website will apply from its stated update date.
