TERABA Policy

Membership Policy

Last updated: 03 August 2026

1. Eligibility

Membership is intended for eligible apartment buyers, owners, co-owners or allottees of Trident Embassy Reso in accordance with TERABA's governing documents and resolutions. Eligibility remains subject to verification by the Association.

2. Application

Applicants must complete the prescribed form, provide mandatory declarations and upload required supporting documents. Application number and membership number are generated or assigned through the system. Submission creates a pending application; final membership is subject to approval.

3. Verification and Approval

Authorised administrators may verify documents, request clarification and record a recommendation. An approved application carries the Association's official seal and the approver's details. A rejected application will retain its status and audit history.

4. Editing After Submission

Once submitted, an application is locked for ordinary editing. A member may request edit access. An authorised Admin/Super Admin may enable or disable editing. When editing is enabled, the member may revise the application and resubmit it for review.

5. KYC and Supporting Documents

Required KYC documents must remain associated with the membership application. Optional supporting records such as possession letter or registry document may also be uploaded. Document deletion is controlled through an administrative approval process.

6. Member Conduct

Members are expected to act in the collective interest of apartment buyers, comply with TERABA's constitution, rules and lawful decisions, avoid misuse of Association information and disclose conflicts of interest where required.

7. Suspension, Correction or Removal

Membership records may be corrected, suspended or removed only through authorised Association procedures, subject to the governing documents and applicable law. Administrative deletion of an account for re-registration is an operational action and does not by itself determine substantive membership rights.

8. Electronic Records

Digital application forms, approvals, notifications, audit logs and downloaded membership packages may be maintained as part of TERABA's administrative record.
